Payment

All payments are made securely through Stripe and can be made using all major debit or credit cards. If you would like to use an alternative method of payment, please contact me by phone or email.

Exchanges & Returns

If you’d like to exchange a piece of Donna Barry jewellery, please contact Donna within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days.

Donna is unable to refund or exchange the following items;-

Items on sale

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Donna is unable to accept returns.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Ring Resizing Policy

Donna makes rings to the size you select when ordering. Donna can resize your ring once, free of charge and on the condition it is returned within 14 days. Please contact Donna first to discuss alterations, as some designs may be more complex than others and alteration times may vary depending on the ring and it’s materials. Donna will not be liable for return postage costs. An £8.50 charge for postage (Royal Mail special delivery) will be required to return the ring to you, once the alteration has been made.

If the ring is returned or needing resized after 14 days, Donna will happily resize your ring at a cost. The cost will depend on the work and time involved, plus the postage charge of £8.50.

Commissions, where rings are made just for you cannot be returned, but can be altered. This may incur a cost, depending on the work and materials involved.

Dispatch times

Each product has a specified delivery time. Please contact Donna if you would like your item by a specific date and she will do her best to accommodate you.

Repairs

Please contact Donna with details of your Donna Barry jewellery and what is wrong with it and she will make the repair. She can provide a quote for any items needing repair due to negligent care or handling.

Discount offers

Any special commissions or pieces made to order is not applicable with any discount offers (apart from silver chains). It is only what is available to purchase from the Donna Barry Jewellery online shop.

Discount promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another or on SALE items (unless a code is offered specifically for SALE items).
